Weekly Rector's Note: Counting Our (Pet) Blessings

Dear Saints,

This Sunday we are going to celebrate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi through special prayers, hymns and in our annual Pet Blessing. Bring your pet(s) to any one of our services at 8:00am, 9:00am or 10:15am.

The 9:00am service will be a 30 minute, outdoor, kid/pet friendly service (but fun for all ages!). Please bring a lawn chair or blanket to this service you are able.

We will have a pet photo station after all of the services where your animal can dress up like a super hero, or in a bow tie, or simply get their picture taken with you.

Our pets bless us so much. It’s nice to have a Sunday where we can celebrate, give thanks and return the blessing.

Our 8:00 A.M. Holy Communion, Rite 1 Service, held in the Chapel, is our most traditional service. All are welcome. Our 10:15 A.M. Holy Communion, Rite II Service, held in the Sanctuary, includes a Sermon, Readings, and Hymns. You can participate In-Person or in the Live Premiere on our Facebook page or watch on our website. The current bulletin and service can always be found in the Online Worship section of our website. All are welcome.
