Goodbye Alleluias. Hello Lent! | All Saints Episcopal Church

This Sunday, we get one more chance to say our "Alleluias" as we celebrate the Feast of Transfiguration before heading into the season of Lent. At the 10:15am service, we will sing the Hallelujah Chorus as the postlude while our children round up the printed “Alleluias” that will be in the pews.

On Shrove Tuesday, all are welcome to join us at the church for a pancake supper, and one last hurrah before Lent. There will be Mardis Gras themed decor and an interactive lesson for the kids.

On Wednesday, we hold contemplative Ash Wednesday services at Noon and 7pm. The 7pm service will also be streamed online. All are welcome to attend and receive ashes and Communion.

Also, don’t forget to check out and sign up for our Lenten study and worship opportunities listed below. Immerse Bible Study Facilitator, Joe Donaldson, will be in the Parish Hall on Sunday with a copy of the book to take signups and answer any questions you may have.

Holy Communion, Rite II Service, held in the Sanctuary, includes a Sermon, Readings, and Hymns. You can participate In-Person or in the Live Premiere on our Facebook page or watch on our website.
