Rector's Note: Help Us Plan for Pentecost

Dear Saints,

Pentecost is just a week from this Sunday. It’s a big weekend for us for a lot of reasons. But here are a few:

1. We celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit and the birthday of the church.
2. We’re having cupcakes to celebrate after the 9:00am (outside) and 10:15am (inside) services and we’ll be serving a Loma Coffee Company brew from our new neighborhood roaster for our 10:15 outside Coffee Hour.
3. We will be recognizing our graduates (let us know if there is a grad we need to recognize if we have not been in touch with you already).
4. Deacon Kathleen is bringing her tomato plants to give out.
5. We will all look great in red.
6. And all weekend long there will be a fundraiser at Laughing Planet with 10% of sales going to the Woodstock Pantry. They have an easy online ordering system that even allows you to schedule orders days in advance. So you could come to church and then pick up a lunch to enjoy in one of our neighborhood parks.

This Sunday we are having our first outside Coffee Hour after the 10:15am service. Please plan to wear your mask except when sipping and observe the 6 feet of distancing.
